We believe that an excellent academic education is a very important part of raising your child to responsible adulthood. But we also b
elieve that there is something even more important than your child�s academic education, and that is bringing your child up �in the training and instruction of the Lord � Ephesians 6:4�. Providing your child with a firm foundation in the Christian faith directs him or her to the eternal need of salvation in Jesus Christ. Our goal at Little Lambs Preschool is to bring these two needs (education and salvation) together in the training of your child. Little Lambs is just one of the many schools in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, which makes up the largest Protestant school system in the United States. We at Little Lambs are committed to providing your child with an excellent education in a loving and safe environment. Young children learn best through play. In play, children learn by engaging in real actions involving tangible objects. They learn best through direct encounters with their world using all five senses. Curriculum is what happens throughout the day that contributes to the growth and development of the young child. Our curriculum at Little Lambs includes Bible stories, music, art, language, social studies, science, math, and physical education. Many of these are not taught separately, but are integrated into the happenings of the entire day.
