One of the best parts of GEAR UP is seeing students identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and recognize the opportunities available to them after high school.

Thank you to all the students who participated and shared their aspirations with us during National GEAR UP Week. Your dedication, creativity, and determination are what make this work so rewarding!

National GEAR UP Week is all about helping students dream big and take the next step toward their future.

This week, students participated in activities focused on their goals, aspirations, and plans after high school. From creating dream boards to discussing future careers and educational pathways, students took time to think about where they want to go and what it will take to get there.

At GEAR UP Wyoming, we believe every goal starts with a vision and a plan. We're proud of the students who are exploring their possibilities, setting meaningful goals, and taking ownership of their future.

Interested in joining GEAR UP? We're accepting applications year-round! Students who are ready to explore careers, prepare for college or training, learn about scholarships, improve their ACT readiness, and receive individualized support are encouraged to apply.

At GEAR UP Wyoming, we see the impact of investing in students every day.

Success after high school doesn't happen by accident. It takes planning, support, and access to opportunities. Through career exploration, ACT preparation, scholarship guidance, college planning, and one-on-one advising, GEAR UP helps students build the knowledge and confidence they need to take their next steps.

When students are given the tools to explore their options and pursue their goals, they are better prepared to succeed in college, training programs, careers, and beyond.

Together, we're helping Wyoming students create brighter futures and stronger communities.
