Updated spots for this fall! 🙂 I can’t believe we are almost full! It’s going to be so much fun!

In our classroom I want each and every student to feel safe. I believe before we start learning I want to create this space and build relationships. I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and connected!

Let’s talk about my philosophy of teaching! I believe that at this age children learn best through play. Play allows children to explore, ask questions, and discover how the world works through that feels natural and exciting. I feel that through play and hands on activities children develop important skills such as problem-solving, creativity, communication, and confidence. I’ll support students during play by asking questions, introducing new ideas, and creating engaging learning environment. This will help students learn early skills in math, science, and social development while still allowing them to enjoy being curious and imaginative learners. My goal is to create a warm and joyful environment where children feel safe to explore, make friends, and develop a life long love of learning 🌈
