Our last day of school field day wouldn’t be complete without the annual bbq and we have a couple people to thank for that!

Commerce Bank of Wyoming so generously donated all of our hot dogs & buns!

Integrated Well Services brought the grill & spent time cooking the dogs for us!

Western Wyoming Beverages donated some tasty drinks!

We were busy spoiling our girls yesterday, but can’t let the week pass without an official post for
Administrative Support Day… but let’s be honest—these ladies deserve more than just one day anyway 😉

Our school secretaries are the real MVPs. They keep the chaos organized, the phones answered, the paperwork flowing, and somehow still manage to smile through it all. If you’ve ever called, stopped in, or needed literally anything—you know they’re the ones who make it happen.

We are so lucky to have you—thank you for being the heartbeat of our school 💙

Hi families, 🌮

We are excited to be hosting an upcoming fundraiser at Taco Time, and we are reaching out because we truly need your help to make it successful.

The support we receive from this fundraiser goes directly back to our program, our staff and most importantly our children in childcare and pre k —helping us provide materials, activities, and special experiences. The more volunteers we have, the larger portion of proceeds we receive, so every bit of help truly makes a difference.

Volunteer shifts are only 1 hour long, so even if you can give just a small amount of time, it has a big impact. If each family signed up for even one hour, we would be in an amazing position!

We are looking for volunteers at both Taco Time locations, and the tasks are simple—helping wipe down tables as guests leave and assisting with running food to tables. It’s easy, quick, and a great way to support the kids.

You’re also welcome to bring family members or your children to help volunteer!

We know everyone has busy schedules, but this is one of those opportunities where a little bit of time goes a long way for our program.
