Are you still needing an orange card? Our trainer, Zach Wisniewski has a little more availability this week.

-Today, Monday August 10th-12:30pm-3:00pm in the training room on the 1st floor.
-Tonight, Monday August 10th-7:30ish until done in the main hallway.
-Tuesday, August 11th: 11:30am-3:00pm in the training room on the 1st floor.
-Wednesday, August 12th: 11:30am-3:00pm in the training room on the 1st floor.

Please note that out side of these times, there are not people in the building that are able to help with orange cards. If the times above do not work, getting an orange card will be by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please email Mr. Wisniewski directly at [email protected]

As a reminder, our first two student, parents, and family meetings of the year are this coming Monday.

We begin with our freshman families only at 5:30 and then go into our all grade level athletic meeting at 6:30.

The first ACT National Testing is September 19th. The regular registration deadline is August 14th. If you are interested, you can register on myact.org

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far. We are just about a month from students being back in the building and we are excited for a wonderful upcoming school year! We have have a few things to mark your calendar for right off the start. We will also share more detailed information through ParentSquare directly, please be on the look out for this.

One big highlight to not miss is Picture Day. As noted, RSHS picture day is right before the first day of school. This is to ensure students have access to their student ids right away. You can pre order picture packages through the LifeTouch website. There will be a make up day in September for those unable to make it in August.

Tiger Athletes! We are just over a month away from first practices! I hope you are all as excited as we are to kick off the new season!

-Contact your coach for off season training opportunities if you haven't already. We have summer strength and conditioning going on now, Monday through Thursday in the weightroom at RSHS. Girls at 8:00am and boys at 9:30am.

-Get your physical scheduled and taken care of by August 1 (if at all possible).

-Look for times and dates to come in and meet our new athletic trainer in early August. You will need to bring your physical paperwork in and get sway tested (if applicable) when you come in to get cleared to practice. We will still be using DragonFly this year so make sure you can log into your account prior to coming in.

-Attend the 2026-2027 Athletics and Activities meeting on August 10th in the audotirum at 6:30pm (this meeting is for anyone planning to participate in any sport or activity at RSHS this school year, not just fall sports or activities).
