Today Rock Spring took part in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census. We all enjoyed learning about the importance of pollinators this week in Ag class and looking for them today!

Yesterday was the very first special delivery of our PTO Birthday Bags, and the smiles were priceless! Each month, we will deliver birthday bags directly to classrooms to surprise and celebrate our students.

For just $5, each Birthday Bag includes:

EXCITING NEWS!!! The Dental Bus is coming back to RSE. Information packets came home Monday. Please check your child’s folder and send the packet back ASAP if you are interested in taking advantage of this awesome opportunity.

There is some qualifying criteria, so please read the information.

🚗 Morning Drop Off Reminders 🚗

🕖 Car rider drop-off is 7:00–7:28 AM.
🚦 We use 2 drop-off lanes each morning—please follow staff directions.
🚶 Walking your child in? Please park first, then join the car rider line to exit.
⏰ At 7:28 AM, the car rider line closes. Parents must park and walk students to the door.

🚶 Parents are welcome to walk students into the building during the first 3 days of school. Please park in a designated parking space. When exiting, you will need to join the car rider line.

🚀 The countdown is over...we can't wait to welcome our Rockets back tomorrow! ❤️💙

We know the first few days of school are exciting (and sometimes a little emotional!), so we want to make sure everyone knows what to expect.

📅 August 5–7: Parents and guardians are welcome to walk their child to their classroom to help them get settled and start the year with confidence.

📅 Beginning Monday, August 10: We will transition to our normal morning routine, and students will walk to class independently. This helps build confidence, establish routines, and ensures learning begins as soon as the bell rings.

💙 Don't worry—we've got them! Staff members will be throughout the building each morning to greet students, help anyone who gets turned around, answer questions, and make sure every Rocket arrives safely to their classroom.

Thank you for partnering with us as we help our students grow not only academically, but also in confidence and independence. We are looking forward to an incredible school year!
