We had a whole lot of activities and events for the kids, and they absolutely loved it! We kicked things off by visiting Heimensen Wealth Advisors for some ice cream during Heritage Days. Then, a variety of transportation came to the club—horse and buggy rides, a big bus, and even a sprint car! To cool off after the morning’s adventures, we spent a wonderful afternoon splashing around at the pool and enjoying some water play. Finally, we visited the fair, where we got to see all the animals and explore great vendors. Excited to see what else summer brings 😃

Big things happening at Kids Club these last few days! First our center officially got IQ4K rated- the staff have worked hard on additional training hours and additional paperwork and professional development plans the past year and half!

Second big thing that we got notice of yesterday was Amber received her CDA certificate after many months of additional classes and hard work creating her portfolio and passing her exam! 🤩

Super proud of everyone and their hard work!!

This week our kiddos are learning all about community helpers 😊. We are blessed to be part of an amazing community and had some helpers come visit the center and shared all about what they do with the kids! 🥰

Huge thank you to Rock Rapids Fire Department, Lyon County Sheriff’s Offie, Lyon County EMT, REC of Lyon County, and Denny’s Sanitation for taking time this morning to share what you do with us!!
