We’ve gotten enough inquiries so it’s time to feed the streets🔥 Not long ago we were cutting groundbreaking tape, and now the development is finally taking shape! Veteran Homes is approaching 50% completion and structures are going up quick, fast, and in a hurry. The project has been officially named and given an address, and we can’t wait to share it with you all when it’s finished up later this year. Stay tuned as we reveal the name and how this community’s contributions are playing a meaningful role in shaping what will be the final product 🏠

Have you ever been so busy working you forget to post? Yeaa, us too 😅 But we’re going to change that to show you guys how hard we’re going for this community. Not only are we pushing vision locally but on state and federal levels as well! Our goal is to advocate for fair and affordable housing, and we represent you, the people, in every room we enter. Housing is one of our nations most plaguing issues, and we appreciate your continued support as we fight the good fight 🫡

BREAKING🚨: Community Home Partners has received approval to proceed with a new development, Valley Homes, a 60-unit affordable housing solution aimed to serve Rock Island's elderly population. "We're grateful to IHDA and our many partners for helping make this development possible..", said John Chow - CEO. Our goal here at CHP is to provide much needed housing for our community, and we appreciate all of you supporting our efforts! CHP would like to take some time on this fine Friday to extend a huge CONGRATS to our recent FSS graduates, Andrea Hensley and Christina Pohl 🎉

As you can see they embody Family & Self-Sufficiency. We’re so proud of them for making the decision to seize the opportunities and resources at their disposal to create a better life for themselves and their loved ones. They successfully completed all of the necessary program requirements, and checked off a lot of their goals in the process! We’d also like to thank our coordinator, Tiffany Stovall for making this all possible and bridging the gaps between families and self-sufficiency. And lastly to our graduates, thank you for your contributions and good luck in your future endeavors!

Happy Veterans Day to all who have served and fought for our country’s freedom! 🫡🇺🇸 Thank you for your sacrifice and your commitment to protecting our nation and its citizens.

In honor of the holiday, CHP would like to highlight our newest housing development created specifically for our community’s veterans. This project was designed to foster a sense of belonging and personal independence, offering an innovative, permanent housing solution for those who have served.

In addition to housing, the development features a community center with shared gathering spaces, amenities, and a network of supportive services tailored to meet the unique needs of our veteran population. Construction is officially underway, and we look forward to sharing its progress with you all.
