Behind every locker, every classroom, every hallway — there are Rocks who need to hear these words today. So from all of us — your admin, teachers, and staff — here's what we wish you knew:

You are more than a number on a report card. More than a stat on a roster. Your feelings are real, your struggles are valid, and asking for help doesn't make you weak — it makes you brave.

Rest isn't something you have to earn. Progress doesn't have to be perfect to count. And no matter what yesterday looked like, today is a brand new shot.

Most importantly? You belong here. Just as you are.
