Ms. Theriault’s class had a wonderful trip to the Carroll School today! They experienced living history by learning about life during the Great Depression… they sewed, they gardened, they canned, they had a blast!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 3 from 5:30–7:00 PM for a night designed for our whole Bulldog family!

Families will LEAD, LEARN & PLAY together! Learn more about the Leadership Habits, attend an important LEARN session with your child’s teacher, enjoy Family & Friends outdoor games, and finish the evening with a hot dog dinner!

LEARN Sessions:
6:00 PM & 6:30 PM
Teachers will share important information about grade-level standards, grading expectations, assessments, and what your child is expected to learn this year. Families must attend one LEARN session before receiving dinner.

BONUS — Book Fair!
Our Book Fair will be open from 2:30–6:00 PM that day! Come early to shop. The Book Fair will close at 6:00 so families can head to classrooms for LEARN sessions.

Every family will receive a Family Passport to help guide you through the evening.

YRES will celebrate Grandparents’ Day on Friday, September 11 during student lunches!

Grandparents and special guests are invited to join their Bulldog for lunch and help us celebrate A Legacy of Love!

Be on the lookout for an RSVP form coming home in student folders this week! Guests may bring their own lunch or purchase a YRES Café lunch for $6. All Café lunches MUST be preordered and prepaid by September 8th.

We can’t wait to celebrate the special people who help our Bulldogs shine!
