Our amazing PTO treated our teachers and staff to some yummy snacks and drinks! 🥤🍿💙💛

There’s just something about filling the halls with music, passing out treats, and having a little fun with our staff and students—especially on a FRIDAY! 🙌

Congratulations to Mrs. Ellison and Mrs. Hopper! 💙💛 We are so lucky to have you both on our Wildcat team!

🌟 Mrs. Ellison was recognized for creating engaging Media Center experiences for our UP3 students and collaborating with teachers to connect learning across classrooms.
🌟 Mrs. Hopper was recognized for always being willing to help and support our staff and students. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make a difference every day!

📢 EARLY DISMISSAL REMINDER! 🐾
Students will be dismissed at 11:45 AM on Friday, August 28.

🚗 Car Riders: Please make arrangements to be at school on time for dismissal.
⏰ Important: Students cannot be picked up early after 11:15 AM.
🚌 Bus Riders: Please be patient with our buses that day. They will be making several runs in a short amount of time.

🚀 What a GREAT first 3 weeks at Saluda Trail! We’re off to an amazing start to the 2026–27 school year, and our students and staff have been BUSY learning, creating, collaborating, and putting STEAM into action! 🔬🧪🏗️🌱

Just a few snapshots from around our school:
🔹 Mrs. Carter’s 8th grade science students tackled an engineering challenge, working together to design and build the tallest structure!
🔹 They also got creative as they designed organisms based on their assigned plants. 🌿🦠
🔹 Ms. Burns’ 6th grade social studies students stepped back in time with a hands-on hunter-gatherer simulation! 🏹

And that’s just a small glimpse of all the awesome learning happening at Saluda Trail! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings. 💙💛
