✨Meet The Center Director✨

My name is Cherie and I am originally from New York where I earned my degree in Early Childhood and began my career. I lived in Florida for several years where I worked as a Teacher and an Infant/Toddler Coordinator for a government funded program called Bright Beginnings. I then relocated to Charlotte and have lived in North Carolina for the past 29 years. My career here in the South includes heading an Early Childhood Department for a non-profit organization, working as an Early Childhood Director, a District Manager for an Early Childhood Franchisee and an Executive Director for an Early Childhood Franchisee.

Over the course of my 37 years in Early Childhood I have worked with hundreds of families and faculty to ensure that each child feels loved and secure in an environment enriched with meaningful experiences to build the beginning of a lifelong love of learning. I am very eager to work alongside the families of TLE Academy of Early Education to create the most positive and educational experience for your child.

✨Meet The Center Assistant Director✨

Hello, my name is Mrs. Hayley. I have lived in Rock Hill my entire life. I am married and have two children. I have always had a passion for working with children from a very young age. I started in childcare fresh out of high school and have since be in it for over 15 years. I started as a teacher and then became interested in management so I attended York Tech where I obtained my ECD 101. I have experience working with children of all ages, along with management expertise. I am passionate about working with children, and in my current leadership role, I value building strong relationships with the children, families and staff. I am thrilled to be part of the TLE team and look forward to collaborating with you and supporting your children.
