❗️Due to the weather, Field Day will now be Wednesday, May 20th from 1-3pm. Adult volunteers - please arrive at 12:15 to help set up! 8th grade volunteers - please arrive by 12:30!❗️

With only a couple of weeks remaining in the school year, I just want to remind everyone that this is still there. Please feel free to look, and take what you’re interested in, before the end of the school year. Over the summer, I’m probably going to remove a lot of books from here and distribute them to other little libraries in the area. This is a great way to acquire some free summer reading material!

As we approach the end of the third quarter, this is just a reminder about my late work policy. Please note that this policy only applies to computer class. Students should check with their other teachers in regards to their late work policy.

I will accept any classwork for the current quarter, without penalty for being late, until the end of the school day on the final day of the quarter.

Therefore, the deadline for all third quarter classwork will be 3:25pm on Friday, March 13. No third quarter coursework will be accepted after that time, and assignments will be graded as is. If nothing is attached, or turned in, in Google Classroom, the score of ZERO will be given for that assignment.

I was recently watching the first episode of the new, rebooted Reading Rainbow with my daughter. At the end of the episode, they created free little libraries, using the supplies that they had available to them. I was inspired by that, and decided to create one at our school. It was placed in the hallway, outside of Mrs. Laws’ classroom, last week. Now that we have a few books in there, to get it started, I just wanted to share it here to let everyone know what it is and that it’s there.

Montmorency School student registration set for July 14 Proof of residency is required by presenting two forms of legal identification. Student fees are $65 for students in kindergarten through third grade and $70 for students in fourth through eighth grades.

Today is Ms. Prescott’s last day with students, she retires at the end of June. If you get a chance, wish her well and thank her for all her years of service at Montmorency!!!
