Week 2: Know the Basics

Read 1 PETER 3:13-17 this week and think about each statement throughout the week and then journal your response or write out your questions.

Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it (1 Peter 3:15 NLT).

Day One: Have you ever been asked to share something that you were not ready to share about or did not know what to say? What? When?

Day Two: What does it mean to worship Christ with your life? How can this help you share Christ with others?

Day Three: How do you think you can be ready to share Christ with others?

Day Four: Why would it be important to share Christ with respect and gentleness?

Day Five: Does your life cause people to be ashamed if they were to talk bad about you?

Day Six: How does that statement “remember is better to suffer for doing good” make you feel? Why?

Day Seven: Be ready to share with your Dgroup what God has taught you this week.
