Lakeshore Leaders were on full display at our Portfolio Palooza today! 🎉🦦

Throughout the school year, students have been adding to their leadership binders, showcasing their growth, goals, achievements, and awards. Today, they had the opportunity to share their portfolios with peers and celebrate all they have accomplished.

We witnessed some otterly terrific teamwork, collaboration, and communication as students came together to share ideas, learn from one another, and highlight their amazing work. It was inspiring to see our leaders using their creative brains and reflecting on their journey throughout the year! Shine Bright! 🌟

Lakeshore 5th Graders visited Middle School this week. They enjoyed touring the building and asking current 6th grade students questions. Shine Bright! 🌟

Reminders from our PE department: Students will be starting their scooter unit in PE this week. All Students must wear a helmet when riding scooters, the PE department has a limited amount of helmets to borrow. Students are encouraged to bring their own from home if possible. Depending on their PE class time with Ms. Rimore the dates for this unit are as June 3, 4, and 5th or June 15th and 16th.

5th Grade enjoyed making slime together during extra recess! 🌟

Congratulations to the following Lakeshore musicians on performing at the NYSSMA solo festival in Gates-Chili this past weekend! They had to prepare: memorized scales/ rudiments, a solo on their instrument and sight-reading. We are so proud of all your accomplishments!🎶🎷🥁🎵

🩷The Lakeshore Community came together today to walk 1 mile around school to benefit the Giselle DeLorme Heart of Kindness Foundation. We wore pink and walked to Honor Gigi, a former Lakeshore Student. 🩷

Congratulations to the 10 Lakeshore Band Musicians who were selected to perform in the Randall Standridge Honors Band last night!🎊🎶 They practiced with other elementary students in Greece for only 2 hours and put on a spectacular performance the same night!🌟What an amazing opportunity to work with a renowned composer!🎵🎷🎺🪊🥁 BRAVO to these great musicians:
