Happy Father's Day!
The "little" country doctor was the man who had big dreams in England and achieved many of them and more right here in Rochester. Born May 31, 1819, to James and Ann Mayo in Manchester England, William Worral Mayo was an explorer, tailor, farmer, editor, politician, riverboat operator, veterinarian, doctor and of course, father of the Mayo Brothers.
