Try this simple approach:

Choose one small goal: a section, rhythm, scale, or transition.
Slow it down until you can play it with control.
Repeat with purpose and notice what changes each time.
End with something you enjoy playing.

Small, focused steps can make practice feel less overwhelming, especially during a busy week.
