CulinariZone was a success!
We teamed up with the RIT Center for Urban Entrepreneurship to bring the incredible Degwanda Gause (Chef Dede) from DDEggs & More right to campus! 🍳🔥
Our students got a front-row seat to a live cooking demonstration, dived into the rich cultural history of soul food, and shared a tasting of delicious fried chicken, baked mac & cheese, and seasoned collard greens.
Shoutout to Chef Dede for inspiring our students and showing us what community engagement is all about! 🙌
