One of the coolest parts about training at Rochester City Ballet is that our students have the opportunity to perform alongside Rochester City Ballet’s professional dancers in one of the region’s most beloved holiday traditions. 🌉 Introducing the Ballet Bridge Program! 🩰

We’re so excited to launch a brand-new mentorship program at The School of Rochester City Ballet!

The Ballet Bridge Program pairs younger dancers with older student mentors to build friendships, encourage leadership, and strengthen the supportive community that makes our school so special. Throughout the year, mentors and mentees will participate in fun bonding events, seasonal activities, performance support, and more! We can’t wait for our dancers to create meaningful connections that last beyond the studio.

🩷Mentors (Levels 4, 5 & PDS) will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, inspire younger dancers, and make a lasting impact.
🩷Mentees (Levels 1, 2 & 3) will gain confidence, feel supported, make new friends, and grow their love for dance.
🍦 Our first Ballet Bridge event will be an Ice Cream Walk! We can’t wait to see the friendships, encouragement, and community that this program will create🤗

A Broadway performer, choreographer, and dance educator, Marc brings decades of professional experience to the studio. His impressive career includes performances in Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Guys and Dolls, La Cage aux Folles, and the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, along with extensive teaching and choreography credits across the country.

Marc is passionate about helping dancers grow both technically and artistically, and we can’t wait for our students to learn from his expertise, energy, and love of dance.
