Think everyone went home tired. Students were taking some technical moves and worked then into sparring drills.

As an instructor the best feeling is watching your students progress. And these students did a great job.
Blue Dragon students with the missed classes due to hot weather, vacations and other missed classes.
The next two classes are going to be held outside so bring tennis shoes and be ready to work. Fun fun fun
