Cabernet Sauvignon or as I like to say King Cab. The child of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc originally hailing from France. Typically full bodied, high tannin, with lots of dark fruit character. This grape is grown around the world but thrives in the warmer climates like those in Chile, California, and Australia. Learn more about this grape and more in the upcoming WSET I AND II classes this fall! Happy International Cabernet Sauvignon day.

International Pinot Noir Day! Hailing from Burgundy in France Pinot Noir has become a favorite around the globe. I like to call Prince Charming a little delicate but also can be powerful. International Prosecco Day! Prosecco is made from the Glera grape and comes from the Veneto region in north eastern Italy. It uses the tank method to produce the carbonation creating a light and fruit forward effervescent w**e. 🍾
