There is a lot about you to be thankful for. Stop for a moment and think about your great qualities.
No, really. Right now.
Take a minute to remember things about your personality, appearance, actions, and abilities that you are proud of, and that you are glad you have. Put aside any feelings of needing to minimize any of it. Recognize how much of you is a blessing and you will gift us all a happier and healthier You.
That is something that we all will be grateful for.

Su***de ends pain for one. Yet it leaves pain for those that loved them for a lifetime. And neither pain is more important than another.
So let us cease saying, “well now they are at peace.” Because to those now swimming in the pain of their loss and challenge to understand the way that loss happened , it feels like their pain is not important. And it is. Very much so.
Simply saying, ‘I’m so sorry for your loss. I wish you to find some Peace in warm memories and in any way you can.”, acknowledges what they now carry.
Words matter. And giving thought to which ones give the most understanding and caring, matter the most.
I’m truly sorry to each of you that knows the loss of someone you loved by su***de. May Peace settle in your heart and mind in a gentle way to cradle the ache that now lives there.
