As a tip to help Algebra students, whenever you are asked to make a graph from an equation, make an T table of x and y coordinates first! When graphing quadratic equations the minimum points you should graph are your vertex (-b/2ac), your X intercepts, and your y intercept.

I've gotten 3 new students to fill my openings on Wednesday and Monday at 7. My only openings are now Mondays at 5 or 6.

To help elementary students learn multiplication facts sing the list of multiples to familiar nursery rymes. 3s use London bridges, 4s use Twinkle Twinkle, 6s use Are You Sleeping, 7s use the chorus to BINGO, and for 8s use Happy Birthday.

Rochester Rational Math Tutoring: $20 per hour for elementary through high school geometry. $30 per hour for precalculus and calculus 1. No assessment fee. 1-to-1 tutoring sessions (1 student to 1 tutor). Students may work on remedial skills, current assignments, or advancement.

Huntington Learning Center and Sylvan Learning centers: $150+ for a one time assessment fee. $45+ per hour depending on grade level. 3 students work with one tutor for that hour with no or limited homework help. $145 per hour for private 1-to-1 tutoring sessions.
