It’s never too late to celebrate our FNP students! In the last week of June, our FNP students came to campus to start the clinical portion of their degree in a one-week intensive.

As we’ve wrapped up the academic year, we’ve experienced many changes. We celebrated a group of faculty and staff who are stepping down from full time or are moving on from the School of Nursing. It was lovely to see current and past faculty and staff come back to celebrate!w

Professor Patricia Myers is retiring to adjunct teaching. Grace Stiles and Gillian Buettner are stepping down from their administrative roles to pursue their passions. Ashley Northup is leaving her position as Simulation Technician to pursue her masters and doctorate degrees.

Professors Laura Coles and Brieanna Geisler switched to adjunct teaching in Fall 2025.

The School of Nursing will miss all of them dearly and are grateful for the lasting impacts they and their work have made on us and our students. đź’–
