If you have an active security clearance, there are companies who would like to chat with you on April 23. reStartEvents and Veteran Recruiting are teaming up to host a nationwide virtual career fair for all cleared professionals. This event is a great way to explore career opportunities with a great group of companies who need your skills and your active security clearance. Instead of going to the job fair, we are bringing the job fair to you from the convenience of your home.
Companies that are already signed up to attend include:
Leidos, Lockheed Martin. The Buffalo Group, Aveshka, Oracle, L3Harris, General Dynamics Mission Systems, ProObject, SAVA (An Akima Company), OBXtek Inc., Agile Defense, Compass Inc., MAXAR, PAE Systems, Intelligent Waves, and more are being added everyday. When you register for the event, you will receive email reminders leading up to the event, and you can enter early to research all companies.

No doubt you have received this email from either the VA or the Veteran Services Office. To reiterate the Vet Services Office email: Almost all the programs/classes at MCC have been deemed approved to be taught online with a few exceptions. (Anyone who is affected by these exceptions will be contact directly and informed how the school is working to ensure BAH is not being affected). In summary, we have been told not to change certification unless school is actually shut down: so as we move to virtual for the end of term the VA (at least at this moment) has said if you were certified as on campus, you will stay certified on campus for this term.
