Award winning author/illustrator Stephen Shaskan is visiting Winslow May 21st. Book sale flyers went home last week. It says K-3 but our pre-k friends will also be meeting him in the library!

We had a Sora E-reading challenge in our library at Winslow with three top second and third graders who won Lego prizes or 3d printed items. Our top reader read over 400 minutes. As a group they read 2,700 minutes! Readers are leaders. 🙂

Wednesday is Family Literacy Tech Night at Winslow from 6:30-7:30 pm. We have ten furry friends coming for kids to read to, technology, yoga, literacy activities and the PTO sponsored Scholastic Book Fair which opens at 6:00 pm! Come for a fun night at school!
