Reinvention for me is about becoming a more authentic version of myself, an evolution of what is already within me.

To really stretch and grow, you’ve got to be willing to get uncomfortable (over and over again). That is how you build and create a career that is exceptional. That is how you do what few have done and/ or never done before. You stretch, you get uncomfortable, but you also fly — that is possible too!

Even when things don’t work out the way you anticipated or wanted them to, there will always be an opportunity to learn and grow. What is this moment trying to teach you?

Stepping out on faith, taking a chance on a new career or life is scary. There is a lot of uncertainty and unknown in the outcome. The results are just as dependent on what you DO as who you ARE while you’re doing it. Shift your awareness to who you are being while taking your bold step (leap) forward.

Be sure to build a team of support who can be there for you as you climb and reach for your goals. A sounding board and people who can reality check you are essential to get you through your journey because the journey will not always be rainbows and butterflies.
