A great start for The Pianist's Guide to Dance Accompaniment institute last night with Yoshiko Arahata's concert in Hatch Recital Hall! The varied program included music for voice and piano, solo piano, videos, and dance with piano and cello.

First masterclass with RPO musicians in Kilbourn Hall this afternoon! Summer Wind Conducting Institute participants had the opportunity to conduct Mozart's "Serenade," enjoy working with professional musicians, and receive instant feedback from Mark Scatterday. More to come this week!

Fantastic concert given by the Bob Sneider-Paul Hofmann Duo: Tribute to Steely Dan (vol. 2). Imaginative arrangements, great playing, and a fun atmosphere. A wonderful way to spend a Summer evening!
