Conference time 🔥🩷

This election has left me breathless—breathless from our choices and our whys. But today, I found my breath again in the quiet of a museum, unsurprisingly. That’s the beauty of collections, especially those that cradle Black life, Black love, Black longing.

The truth is, I’ve been unwell. Mostly sad, part mad, but mostly sad.

But today, I felt my breath return, standing before art, held by its stillness, alone in peace, with restored breath.

An awesome day of data sharing, connecting and learning with and from other community foundations across the country.
