We’re excited to officially launch the Clarity Catalyst for Future Care Professionals — a youth work-study program designed to build the next generation of early childhood and community care leaders.

This 12-month, hands-on experience provides young people (ages 16–24) with real-world exposure to child development, classroom leadership, and workforce readiness — grounded in mentorship and values-based learning.

As we continue building workforce-aligned childcare solutions, investing in talent pipelines like this is essential.

We welcome partnerships with schools, youth programs, and community organizations to help connect motivated young people to this opportunity.

✨ Meet Zoe — Our Magic Maker in Training! ✨

Families, we’re so excited to officially introduce Zoe (pictured in the middle 💕), one of our very own Marvelous Minds success stories.

Zoe first joined us as a student in our afterschool program back in 2022. Over the years, she’s grown right alongside our community — learning, leading, and pouring into our playspace with consistency and care.

At just 15 years old, Zoe is already a natural leader. As the oldest of five, she understands responsibility, patience, and how to hold space for little ones with both firmness and warmth. She’s worked alongside us for years, and today she officially steps into her next chapter — supporting our team on Saturdays beginning now.

We call her a Magic Maker in Training because that’s exactly what she embodies — creativity, kindness, and the heart of mentorship. 💛

When you see Zoe, feel free to welcome and encourage her. We’re proud of the young leader she’s becoming, and we’re grateful for the way our community continues to grow from within. ✨

In 2024, I had a realization that completely shifted how I lead, build, and scale. That insight is directly responsible for the momentum and success we experienced in Q4 of 2025.
