Dear Elton Hills Families,
As we reach the end of another wonderful school year, I want to take a moment to thank you for the partnership, support, and commitment you have shown to our students and staff. Together, we have accomplished so much, and I am incredibly proud of what our school community has achieved.
This year was filled with meaningful learning, memorable events, and countless moments of growth. Our students worked hard in their classrooms, challenged themselves academically, and developed important social and emotional skills. Along the way, they built friendships, demonstrated kindness, and continued to grow into responsible and caring young people.
The success of our school is a reflection of the strong partnership between families, staff, and students. Your support has helped create a positive environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and inspired to do their best each day. For that, I am truly grateful.
A special congratulations goes to our fifth-grade students as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their educational journey. We are proud of all they have accomplished during their time at Elton Hills and wish them tremendous success in middle school. We know they will continue to represent our school with pride and carry forward the lessons they have learned here.
To our students returning to kindergarten through fourth grade, we look forward to welcoming you back in the fall. We have grown together this year—academically, socially, and as a school community. We have become stronger learners, better friends, and more confident individuals.
As summer begins, I encourage everyone to take time to relax, enjoy family and friends, explore new experiences and keep reading.
Thank you for allowing us the privilege of working with your children each day. It is an honor to serve as the principal of Elton Hills, and I am proud to be part of such an outstanding school community.
Have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer. Remember to continue to SOAR.
With appreciation,
Steven Willman

As part of their grand opening celebration in Rochester, Burlington has generously donated $5,000 to Elton Hills Elementary School through its partnership with the national nonprofit AdoptAClassroom.org. Our students and staff were thrilled to be there in person to help welcome them and receive this amazing gift. These funds will be used for essential school supplies, ensuring our students have exactly what they need to thrive this year. Thank you so much for supporting our classrooms and students!
