Teacher camp 2026 will be June 22-26 from 9am-1pm. Held on the campus of Oakland University with special tours of Meadow Brook Hall, this unique professional development opportunity will encourage and inspire you, while you also earn 15 SCECH. After completing the Teacher Camp, you will also be eligible to teach at our youth summer writing camps if interested.

We invite you to join an invigorating and fun method of professional development for writing teachers. Our teacher camp is held at the historic Meadow Brook Hall for five half days over the course of one week. The camp participants earn credit toward Teacher Consultant Certification from MBWP (.25).
