10,000 people trained. Countless lives impacted! ❤️ 👏 We recently celebrated a major milestone: 10K people have now learned hands-only CPR at Buffalo Bills Training Camp!

Our 10,000th trainee, Kim Alfieri, knows first-hand that CPR can save a life.

Years ago, while teaching, a student collapsed in her classroom. Because she had learned CPR, Kim was able to step in and help save the child's life.

Inspired by her daughter, who is pursuing a career in healthcare, Kim decided it was time for a hands-only CPR refresher.

Her story is a reminder that CPR is a skill everyone should know. Hands-only CPR can double a person's chance of surviving cardiac arrest when it's started before first responders arrive. It only takes a few minutes to learn, but those minutes could one day save a life. 💪

Can air pollution affect your brain? 🧠

Air pollution doesn't just affect your lungs. Research suggests that ultrafine particles can also affect your brain, potentially contributing to learning difficulties in children and increasing the risk of dementia in older adults.

Why participate in a clinical trial?

For some, it’s personal. For others, it’s professional.

But for all of these participants, it comes down to one thing: helping move medicine forward.

From vaccine research to new technologies that improve patient care, clinical trials rely on volunteers who are willing to contribute to discoveries that can benefit future generations.

Every treatment, medication, and breakthrough starts with research. And research starts with people.
