Got extra dining dollars? LSG is partnering with RIT FoodShare to encourage students with extra dining dollars to donate food items to RIT Foodshare! Not only will LSG be table standing outside of NRH, but we will also be holding a social media campaign! Once you donate, take a picture, tag LSG and RIT Foodshare with the hashtag for a chance to win a $20 Amazon Gift Card! The winner will be notified by reading day!

President- Act as the main contact for new members, stay up to date with club center rules, attend club center meetings, work directly with treasurer, plan events, contact local not-for-profits for events
Treasurer- Create EAF's, deal with financial advisor in club center, keep track of bugdet, develop fundraising events

LSG will be volunteering at The Hope Lodge on Tuesday, March 19th from 5pm-6:30pm! Volunteer work consists of helping cook dinner for the residents, set up and clean up after. You will have the opportunity to sit and eat with the residents!
This is a great opportunity for community service hours, meeting new people, and giving back to the community!

LSG will be volunteering with Flower City Pickers on Saturday, March 2nd from 12:30pm-3:30pm at the Rochester Public Market. Volunteer work consists of helping set up (place signage, tables, etc. in area), collecting donations from vendors, unloading carts of food, sorting food, weighing food, loading food into vehicles, delivering food to shelters, distributing fliers, cleaning sorting site (wipe down tables, etc.), and/or put away equipment and supplies (tables, tents, etc.).
This is a great opportunity for community service hours, meeting new people, and giving back to the community!

WELCOME BACK!!!! We hope everyone had an awesome break! We are jumping right back into things this semester, with our first volunteer event of the semester!
LSG will be volunteering with FoodLink on Saturday, February 9th from 9am-12pm! Volunteer work consists of sorting, inspecting, categorizing, weighing, and packing non-perishable food donations to prepare them for shipment. This is a great opportunity to get community service hours, meet new people, and give back to community! We need a max of 10 volunteers.
