✈️ Instructor Spotlight: Alexis ✈️

Meet Alexis, one of our flight instructors who brings a unique perspective to aviation! She’s been flying since 2018 and instructing since 2024, and is currently a Physician Assistant. What she loves most about instructing is watching students reach big milestones, especially their first solo and getting to share the world of aviation with kids and inspire the next generation of pilots.

When she’s not in the pattern, Alexis is always up for a sunset flight. She holds her CFI, CFII, CSEL, and CMEL certificates, with the Bahamas currently sitting high on her aviation bucket list. Her advice to students who are feeling discouraged is simple: take in the sky and enjoy the ride. And if you ask her what she wishes she knew when she started flight training? “Just keep sending it.”

We’re lucky to have Alexis on our team and can’t wait to see the impact she continues to make on her students! 💙✈️

✈️ What an incredible weekend at Wings Over Batavia! 🇺🇸

We’re still coming down from the excitement! We had an absolute blast representing OnCore Aviation and sharing our passion for aviation with everyone who stopped by. From the amazing aircraft and performances to the incredible energy, it was truly a weekend to remember!

A huge thank you to all of our staff and volunteers for their hard work, dedication, and countless hours helping make it such a success. We couldn’t do it without you! 🙌

And to everyone who came out to visit us at OnCore Aviation, thank you! It was great meeting so many aviation enthusiasts, future pilots, families, and friends. 🛩️
