SNA will continue to represent school nutrition professionals as we work with USDA on updated school nutrition standards that reflect the goals of the DGAs. Critical investments in equipment, training and staff must be made to further schools' efforts in scratch cooking and to increase freshly prepared, whole food offerings. 🥗🥦
