We are hiring Customer Service Advisors to manage customer queries and technical support. You will also
be asked to take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation
to a higher level of expertise. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when
customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Advisor Representative Responsibilities:
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
● Communicating with customers through various channels.
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
● Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
● Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
● Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
● Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle technical support
questions via phone, with video capability.

This is a work from home position. Internet is required.

Any medium to large-sized company that shuttered its retail or front-line doors due to the Coronavirus, but failed to give temporarily displaced employees access to short-term high impact tech training, that could be accessed from home, missed the mark for contingency planning and workforce-development. The government so far has missed this skills-gap opportunity as well. In addition to current measures, we need subsidies and reimbursements for everyday people and companies that fund retraining as we try to stabilize during and after this crisis. Can we get a fund?
