OWL Therapy Services has gone since March without Medicaid reimbursement for speech and occupational therapy services while waiting for provider revalidation through DHS.

OWL submitted all the required documentation and received assurances our application was complete. We were recently caught in a mass denial due to the state's backlog.

Unless this is resolved quickly, Medicaid- only families may lose access for speech and occupational therapy services after June 15th.

Please advocate for us through the link in our profile. We are also starting a scholarship fund for families needing services that Medicaid paused payments for. A donation that can be received at our office would be appreciated by the clients we serve.

Welcome to OWL, Stephen!

Stephen graduated from Brigham Young University in 2021 with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In 2026. He graduated from Viterbo University with his Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. While completing his Master’s degree, Stephen gained experience working in a variety of settings, including an internship at OWL. He gained experience working with various needs including AAC, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language delays, fluency, and social aspects of communication. Stephen is passionate about helping individuals to be able to say what they want to say, when they want to say it.

During his free time, Stephen enjoys playing music at the farmer’s market and spending time with his family.

We will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day.
