The Office of Special Education Programs and Rehabilitation Services (OSERS) is seeking public input on how states measure success for students with disabilities. This is our chance to ensure that federal indicators (SPP/APR) prioritize meaningful outcomes for DHH students over mere paperwork compliance.

ACE-DHH has officially submitted a letter of support advocating for indicators that truly reflect the quality of education our students receive. Now, we need YOU to join us!

Why participate?

Address whether the LRE indicator is inadvertently influencing placement decisions.
Advocate for data that measures real school success.
Help reduce the administrative burden on educators and families.
