Aikido of Rochester We are an Aikido dojo that teaches Aikikai style of Aikido. Aikido is a martial art that requires close personal contact.

We are a satellite dojo of the Twin Cities Aikido Center and, as such, periodically attend classes in the Twin Cities. For the safety and consideration of all participants, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required before participation in practice.

Great class on Wednesday with Mike and Nadir. Worked on Tai Sabaki, Nikyo from Katadori, Nikyo to Sankyo from Katadori and Nikyo to Iriminage, from Katadori. Also, Katadori Iriminage tenkan and direct version.

We have classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm and Saturday at 9am at the Martial Arts Fitness Center Inc. - MAFCI. Hope to see you on the mat.

Great class with Nadir this morning. Worked on Tai Sabaki and balance breaking exercises along with Jo Suburi.

Great Class with Nadir today. Worked on Iriminage entries from katatetori, kosadori, ryotetori, tsuki, and yokemenuchi, as well as fundamental tai sabaki. Also various Jo and Bokken suburi.

We offer classes weekly on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am.
