Aikido of Rochester

Aikido of Rochester We are an Aikido dojo that teaches Aikikai style of Aikido. Aikido is a martial art that requires close personal contact.

We are a satellite dojo of the Twin Cities Aikido Center and, as such, periodically attend classes in the Twin Cities. For the safety and consideration of all participants, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required before participation in practice.

Great Class today with Nadir. Worked on entries to Jujunage (3 ways), and various jo and bokken suburi. In addition to the usual tai no henko and other tai sabaki.

We have class Mondays and Wednedays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am at the Martial Arts Fitness Center Inc. - MAFCI.
