Epsilon Tau Chapter at the University of Rochester Our chapter aims to build future leaders who embody our four core values: Love, Labor, Learning, and Loyalty.

The Epsilon Tau Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta strives to foster an enduring sisterhood of lifelong friends who encourage each other's intellectual growth and personal achievement. Our four founders came together in 1874 at Syracuse University while facing extreme adversity from their campus community. They founded this organization in order to create a sisterhood within which each girl could become "a confident woman of character".
