A PIECE OF BODYBUILDING HISTORY, RESTORED. ⚒️

The newest addition to The Altar finally made its debut. This isn’t just another piece of equipment, it’s a piece of history.

One of the original Nautilus Pullover machines ever produced, featuring the iconic spider cam system designed to deliver an exceptional strength curve throughout the movement.

Ty took on the restoration of this machine, having it completely re-powder coated in a signature speckled black and chrome finish. Not just to make it look good, but to preserve a rare piece of equipment that deserves to stand the test of time.

Some machines are replaceable. Others are worth preserving.

Built with purpose. Restored with pride. Now part of The Altar.

Somewhere along the way, District became so much more than a place to train.

It became friendships. Familiar faces. Inside jokes. People you expect to see every day and notice when they’re gone. People who probably never would’ve crossed paths otherwise, but somehow ended up here.

The machines, the walls, the logo…that’s District 507 on paper.

This is what District actually looks like.

Last night was a pretty damn good reminder of that. 🖤

And in very typical fashion, we were having too much fun and didn’t remember to start taking pictures until the night was basically over 😂 So consider these a very small snapshot of a much bigger group of people who have made District what it is.

Turns out, the best thing we built wasn’t the gym.

A couple Sundays ago, we had a great afternoon. 🖤

Good food, good people, and a chance to open up The Altar and let more of our District members experience the space.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who came out and spent part of their Sunday with us.

There wasn’t much debate about where we wanted to celebrate year 3️⃣!

Adam has been a friend of ours and a District member for years, several of the Pittsburgh Blue crew are part of District, and if you know Ty and me… you already know where most of our cheat meals end up. 😂

Supporting the people who support District has always mattered to us, so having our anniversary social here just made sense.

Some of the best parts of District have very little to do with what happens inside the gym.

This weekend, a crew from District made the trip to Pittsburgh to support one of our own at North Americans.

Over the years, we’ve watched members become training partners, friends, lovers 😏 and people who genuinely show up for each other; locally, across the country, and everywhere in between.

That’s the part we’re proud of. 🖤

Congrats to Garrett on an incredible weekend. We were damn happy to be there 👏🏼

October 3rd we’re taking the celebration over to Pittsburgh Blue 🥳

We’re keeping it simple - food, drinks and a few hours hanging out with the people who have been part of District over the last three years.

Members, friends & familiar faces are welcome.

A lot goes into keeping District looking the way it does every day, and so much of it happens behind the scenes.

Elizabeth has been taking care of our weekly deep cleans for quite some time now, and we’re incredibly thankful for the care she puts into this place every single week.
