Pinnacle Early Learning Center Pinnacle Lutheran School prides itself on being a part of the greater Rochester community and providing flexible, quality care and early childhood education.

We know that each child and family has different needs and we are confident that we have a program to meet those needs. We currently have the following programs:

~3 & 4 year old Christian based preschool (Half day programs)
~3 &4 year old full day preschool
~Universal Pre-K through Rush-Henrietta
~Full day private kindergarten
~Before & Afterschool for school-age children
~Summer camp for children 3 years-12years

Our floating teachers are the glue that help keep us together!
Introducing Ms.Lauren and Ms.Christina- our Early Years floating teachers (along with Ms. Skelton and Ms.Jodie)
Floating teachers are the key to success because they have the ability to hop into multiple classrooms throughout their shift to fill in for lunch breaks, absences, or to be an extra set of hands. We need this fresh energy and flexibility after a long day of caring for infants and toddlers.
Fun fact- Ms.Christina and Ms.Lauren were Pinnacle students themselves long ago who returned in their high school years to be after school assistants to now being in college and spending their non school time floating to help the team.
We love our floating teachers and they are vital to our success!

Say hello to our toddler 2 team!

Mrs.Faling and Ms.Tamra may be a new team, but neither are new to the early childhood field or toddlers.
Mrs.Faling has an extensive background in the field working in many age groups and in many roles. She has found her "home" in toddlers and has been thrilled adding Ms.Tamra to the classroom. From day one, it was easily seen that these two will make a fantastic team.
It only took 5 minutes into her interview to realize that Ms.Tamra was a special find. With her experience, background, knowledge, and positive vibe, we knew instantly we needed to get her on our toddler team.
Working in the toddler age group is incredibly challenging but equally rewarding. With children that can range in age 18 months-3 years, you have to have a skill set of flexibility, patience, and creativity.

Happy birthday Ms.Angela!

During her tenure here at Pinnacle, Ms.Angela has worked in several different roles and age groups including school-age, preschool, and PreK.
Today she is leading our PreK program with confidence, kindness, and grace. She has cultivated a classroom that echos those traits daily.
Ms.Angela makes every child feel valued while maintaining an exciting and engaging classroom.

Say hello to our Toddler 1 team!
Ms.Alyssa and Ms.Karley are ready to take on any and every day with a lot of energy (and a lot of patience!)
Working with toddlers takes a very special someone. Children range in ages 18months-3 years of age making it incredibly important to be able to scaffold, pivot, and re-start over and over and over again.
One thing is always for sure when you walk into their classroom, there is joy, music, a BIG smile from them, and a wonderfully contagious positive energy.
Children feel loved, valued, and cared for.

Over the next week I am going to introduce you to the amazing team of Early Childhood Professionals that keep Pinnacle running.
At our staff development day right before the school year started, we had the best, not traditional, headshots taken by North Glow Photography.
We work with children! Our headshots should be reflective of that.

Starting with our youngest learners, I want to introduce our infant team!
Ms.Taylor, Ms.Tamia, and Ms.Rachel

These extraordinary women make the first days in care seem like a breeze.
They love each and every baby and know them completely to provide the best care every day. They celebrate the milestones with cheers and happy tears, and work through the difficult days and sleep regressions with teamwork and care.

This team is often sees the first day tears from parents, and are a families first experience with childcare. We are so grateful for the tremendous work they do every day.
