Puppies will be coming to the Eastman SLC this Thursday from 6-7:15 pm! Paws for Stress Relief will bring puppies for everyone to pet.
We will also be giving away lavender sachets, stress balls, and other fun goodies!

The last peer health advocates for fall 2020 we will be introducing is Heather! She is a junior major in microbiology and minor in music and public health. She is very excited to work with the Health Promotion Office and other PHAs to advocate and promote students health on campus! Heather really believes the power of supports student can have to one another. If you ever felt overwhelmed or stressed, UR connected is an amazing resource for you! The coach can connect students to the resources they need, help the students to decide the next step for them to take, or just simply listen without judgement.
