At Gan, social-emotional learning is woven into every day. Children learn to recognize what they are feeling, put those feelings into words, notice the emotions of others, and begin developing tools to navigate big feelings.

Because learning to understand themselves and connect with others is some of the most important learning children will do.

Our Willow classroom is where little ones take their first big step from infancy into toddlerhood. As children begin to walk, talk, and discover their independence, our teachers thoughtfully guide them through this exciting stage with warmth and intention.

Our days are filled with sensory play, process art, music, nature, and meaningful opportunities to explore. With low teacher-to-child ratios, every child is truly known and supported as they build confidence, develop language, form friendships, and discover the joy of doing things for themselves.

We're looking for a few special assistant teachers to join our team this fall. Warm, creative, joyful individuals who genuinely love being around young children.

At Gan, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder. Our classrooms are full of art, nature, music, meaningful relationships, and hands-on exploration. We are looking for team members who are kind, flexible, curious, and excited to learn alongside children.

An early childhood background is wonderful, but it's not the only path. If you have experience in art, music, education, or simply have a gift for connecting with children, we'd love to hear from you.
