School 2 Work summer employment program kicked off today! The Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association is partnering with RochesterWorks, The Center for Youth & on the six week employment/career exploration program.

It's graduation season! Congratulations to the 50 seniors from several schools that participated in FLYAP. Best wishes on your future endeavors!

Thanks to Haas Factory Outlet NYMAT for hosting Student Day with Team & The Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association ! More than 100 students learned about manufacturing careers, apprenticeships & training programs.

Great visit Monday with machining students from BOCES 2 Career and Technical Education . Prepping this year's juniors for paid co-ops next year.

Attended ACT Work Keys Summit at Monroe 2 Center for Workforce Development with educators and industry leaders. Great discussions and networking.

Team FLYAP enjoyed doing snap circuits with youth that attended.

Thanks to Eastridge High School & Middle School for having us at their recent job fairs. Great to interact with many young people in attendance.
