🥋❤️ Serving Our Community Together!

The Community Service Corps was created in 2010 to harness the power of our Taekwondo family and bring our students, families, and instructors together for community service projects that make a difference.

The Corps is also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to support and donate to community organizations throughout the Rochester area.

Our next project is this Sunday, as we help with a water stop for the Rochester Marathon! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💧

🧹 Tear-down: approximately 10:00–11:00 AM

🥋 Tournament of Champions is a Chance to Build Confidence & Be Part of Something BIG!

👊 Everyone gets nervous about TOC — especially our new students. That’s completely normal, but we strongly encourage students to give it a try. Students are carefully matched with others based on rank and age, creating a safe and positive experience where they can challenge themselves.
happens only ONCE a year, and it is an experience your child won’t want to miss! Even if they aren’t sure they’re ready, we encourage them to step outside their comfort zone and participate.

🏅The confidence they gain from earning that medal, being part of something so big, and seeing their parents proudly cheering them on can be incredibly powerful. Read through the packet, check the schedule and register today:
