New class!! ✨ I’m collaborating with Halligan Creative Arts to offer a social music experience for adults. This is a 4 week class starting September 12th. If you’re interested feel free to register with the QR code or reach out to me. Pass it on to someone who might be interested!

April Fool’s Day session idea!
Yesterday with my older adults on the memory care unit, we had a “silly day” (since I don’t see them today). We talked about pranks and if they pulled any - heard some pretty great stories!
We also sang along to those great novelty songs from the 50s and other silly songs from their era.
Some of the favorites from the group include:
- Splish Splash
- Would you like to Swing on a Star
- Tiptoe through the Tulips
- Purple People Eater
- Witch Doctor (great for singing!)
There are soooo many more fun songs that you could do for April Fool’s Day. Here’s just a few to get you started. Have fun today!
Loved singing some songs to celebrate St. Patty's Day this week! Here you'll see some of the older adults I work with enjoying scarves and bells while singing to "Irish Lullaby". I just loved hearing all their voices and seeing their creativity!

Had this gem happen today! One of the residents brought out his clarinet to share with the group, which I didn’t even know he had! I’m so glad to have shared in that moment with him and the group. I love this population and these folks. Such a blessing!
