Speechcrafters Toastmasters Club 1044 Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.

Offering over 100 years of experience in teaching and learning by our members to be at ease and thoughtful in their planned (and surprise!!) public speaking, Toastmaster's Club #1044 is a supportive and friendly environment for your professional growth. Founded in October 1924, the organization currently has more than 270,000 members in 13,000-plus clubs in 116 countries.

Congratulations to our awarded Speechcrafters members from July 21st's meeting 🏆! With that meeting in the books, the club is now on summer break ⛱🌴. After the informal club picnic in August, Guests are very welcome to attend our regular meetings starting back up, 1st/3rd Tuesdays , starting 9/1 @ 6pm at Lovin' Cup . You are invited to attend Speechcrafters' first June meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, for our meeting with novel theme, "Musical Theatre". Will people sing ? Probably not - or, um [*Ah Counter ding*], perhaps ? Table Topics is the portion of Toastmasters' meetings for extemporaneous speaking.
You don't know what prompt is coming, but you need to speak to it well for at least one minute and no more than 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Last night, one of our newer members, Alex, won the Table Topics speaking contest.
