New NY Income Cap Levels for Maintenance (Alimony) and Child Support have been released for 2026:

The Combined Income Cap under the Child Support Standards Act: $193,000 (was $183,000 in 2025)

The Income Cap of Maintenance Payor under the Maintenance Guidelines Act: $241,000 (was $228,000 in 2025)
